1) College Life. I’ve done 3 quarters so far (this roughly translates to 2 semesters), and it’s been a wild ride. Living in the dorms doesn’t really make the ride any easier. Aside from meeting new people and having someone clean your bathroom, the perks are non-existent.
2) University of Washington. It’s a huge place, especially for an island boy like me. The campus is one of the most diverse in the nation. A melting pot of cultures and ideas, the school offers a lot to anyone, being it is activism or intramurals, there is always something going on. I like it. Oh yeah the campus is beautiful.
3) Major ????. Intending to do Medical Technology at one of the best schools for the subject in the country, I decided it wasn’t the thing for me. Chemistry at a state school is just way too accelerated, and coupled with a lack of passion for the subject, I guess it wasn’t the way to go. At this point it’s Psychology for me (BS track). Political Science is intriguing though.
3) Inferiority Complex. I’m smart damnit! Not in this school- I’m like everyone else, and have to face the hard cold reality of that. Oh well, who says being part of the crowd was bad?
